Most kit sourcing is done on Sunday – Tuesday (with much of the produce harvested Tuesday morning for kits that arrive in your home on Wednesday!), but we also have some ingredients on hand. Because of that, I can tell you that some of this week’s many Maine merchants include Rainbow Farm (chicken and ginger), tofu is from Heiwa Tofu, pork chops are from Quill’s End Farm, pizza dough is from Portland Pie Company, honey and maple syrup is from Jackman Maple, monkfish is from TrueFin, butter is from Kate’s Butter, mustard is from Raye’s Mustard, and farro and beans are from Maine Grains. We’re deliciously serious about sourcing locally.
