I’m a woman of few words this week… all is well! Perhaps I’m recovering from the 4th of July excitement.
I do want to share that I’ll be (reluctantly) incorporating some plastic packaging for some kit items. The greens and liquids don’t hold up well in the fiber/compostable packaging; the fiber seems to wilt the leafy greens, which neither you nor they deserve. It’s important that customers receive these ingredients in the beautiful condition in which the farmers provided them to me and they left the kitchen en route to you. I’ll still use the compostable containers for dry goods, and will incorporate sustainable, environmentally responsible packaging as the technology improves; it’s just a longer runway than I had hoped.
