Most kit sourcing is done on Sunday – Tuesday (with much of the produce harvested Tuesday morning for kits that arrive in your home on Wednesday!), but we also have some ingredients on hand. Because of that, I can tell you that if you order the chicken dish, you’ll enjoy Rainbow Farm chicken. Tempeh is from Tootie’s Tempeh, tortillas are from Tortillería Pachanga, and black beans are from Maine Grains. We’re serious about sourcing locally.
