Fall is tomorrow! (I say this with the same excitement Monica had on her wedding day – apologies if that reference doesn’t land for everyone) For many, that’s sad news of the end of summer. For me, it’s the dawn of the most comfortable/comforting season and the earthy smell of leaves.
This weekend also welcomes the Common Ground Country Fair. I went as a kid (back when it was at the Windsor Fairgrounds) and admit that I thought it was lame (where are the rides!? where are the games!? where is the junk food!?). Now, I can’t wait. I’ll be wandering around on Sunday (and eating, and watching sheep dog trials – 10am, 12pm, and 2pm, and trying not to buy all the yarn…). I hope to see you there.
